Puces POP Montreal's largest Do-It-Yourself festival where people can come and celebrate all types of independent creation. Proudly going into it’s fourth year, the event takes place during the last two days of the POP Montreal, and features a marketplace where over a 100 local and international artists, crafters & indie record labels come to sell their wares. It hosts free skill sharing workshop for kids and adults, organizes a Fashion Show that gives away a cash prize to one of Montreal’s best emerging designers, and invites POP Montreal’s other segments (Film POP, Art POP and Kids POP) to feature special showcases.
From knitting, sewing and fashion, electronics, zine making, and independant recordings, Puces POP’s foremost mission is to inspire and invigorate people to buy and make handmade. We're intent on spreading a little DIY fever, and hope that in addition to bringing home some great stuff, people who come out to Puces Pop will go home with an itch to become a maker themselves!
